■Time of delivery

[Domestic Shipping]

In-stock items: Delivered within 2-7 days of order receipt

Pre-order items:

1) Orders received by noon two business days prior to the release date will be delivered on the release date.
2) Orders placed after 1) will be delivered within 2 to 7 days after the release date.

*If your order is placed by noon two business days before the release date, we will prepare for delivery on the release date.

*It may not arrive on the delivery date scheduled above due to reasons such as distant areas, natural disasters, and road conditions.

*Arrival may be delayed due to delivery areas, disasters, or outbreaks of infectious diseases.

[Oversea-shipping]

Normally, it takes 2 to 8 days for delivery after shipment is completed. This does not apply to some remote areas. Please check with the shipping company for details.

Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations

We do not accept any changes, returns/refunds, exchanges, or cancellations of orders for customer convenience.

When placing an order, please carefully check the order details such as title, artist, songs recorded, whether or not a special player is required, size, color, quantity, and specifications before placing your order.

However, for customers outside of Japan, except for the following products, when otherwise provided by applicable laws and regulations, and when the requirements specified in the laws and regulations are met, and within the period specified in the laws and regulations (in the EU and the UK, within 14 days after receipt of the product), please contact us using the inquiry form specified by us. In this case, the return of the goods shall not be subject to the terms and conditions of this Article. In this case, the customer shall bear the shipping and other costs associated with the return.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages due to any of the above reasons.

We will accept returns or exchanges if the reason is caused by our company (e.g., damaged or defective products).

The return period is within 7 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. Please contact our customer service with your name, contact information, order number, the name of the returned item, and the reason for the exchange. We will contact you with return/exchange instructions.

In this case, we will bear the shipping costs for the return/exchange.

We will not accept returns/exchanges in the following cases, even if the reason is caused by our company.

  • Products that have been used for more than 8 days after delivery.
  • Merchandise that has been used once
  • Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer
  • Merchandise that has lost or damaged the product package (bag, case, etc.)

In the event that we are unable to secure a good item for exchange because it is out of stock or discontinued, we may cancel the order and refund your money.

■Billing timing

■Security Code

The security code is the last 3 digits of the 7-digit number printed in the upper right corner of the signature panel on the back of the card. (The upper four digits are the last four digits of the card number.)

■Other Notes

  • Credit cards in the name different from that of the person placing the order cannot be used.
  • The payment method is "lump-sum payment. Installment payment" and "bonus lump-sum payment" are not available.
